THIS MONTH’S MEETING TOPIC: The Enneagram and Spiritual Practices by Type

It is true – ego structures have served us, because they got us to where we are.  But when we’re not present to these patterns, they can take over and run us subconsciously. We now understand that what’s been motivating us is fear, anger or shame and that we don’t have to be run by them any longer.

When we come back to being present, our greater capacities become more available to us. We can identify what is actually real, true and meaningful for us. In this interactive session we will identify what spiritual practices each Type is drawn to, along with practices that can help with the sacred journey back to Self.

FACILITATOR: Sandy Hogan, Professional Certified Coach, and International Enneagram Association accredited teacher, is a co-founder of the Enneagram Enthusiasts. She uses the Enneagram with each of her clients, along with her friends and family, and serves on the Arizona Enneagram Association board of directors. She’s studied the Enneagram since the mid-80s, and values its myriad gifts to Life.
