Continuing on with our topic from last month, we will complete our review of behaviors you may choose to release or affirm, by Type. We will then move into a deeper dive on the subject of Setting Intentions, breaking up into groups by Type to identify the key thoughts and feelings you seek to experience this year. Please bring your handout from last meeting, if possible.
