THIS MONTH’S MEETING TOPIC:  

Mudras of the 9 Passions: Uranio Paes has done interesting work bringing his intuitive insights to the study of the Enneagram. (see www.mundoeneagrama.com). In this class we will revisit his identification of the Mudras of the 9 Passions. Mudras are different body postures which circulate a specific energy through the body. The Passions, he says, are our vices, and holding these different postures will allow you to feel for yourself what it is like to be in these various states. Furthermore, he identifies how to balance your own energy by using the mudras of your arrows. Wear comfy shoes because we will all be trying these ourselves! Join us and experience the Enneagram in a whole new way!
