We are, at the global level, experiencing unprecedented challenging times as we face the realities of the covid 19 virus. It is normal to be feeling anxious. And it’s important to do what we can to maintain our own balance.

The AEA is offering this Facebook live event to come together in virtual community and to share some practices that are beneficial to all Enneagram types. These practices help us stay in the present moment and find ways to soothe our anxieties in a healthy way.
